203 new cases of corona infection in UP, 1316 active cases, vaccination work continues

Prasad informed that the work of COVID vaccination is being done continuously. On April 25, 2022, 6,28,582 doses of vaccine have been given in the state in a day. He said that till yesterday, total first dose 15,29,30,105 and second dose 12,92,53,264 were given to people above 18 years in the state. He informed that till yesterday, total first dose 1,32,76,218 and second dose 90,15,198 have been given to the age group of 15 to 17 years. Total first dose 44,23,810 and second dose 1,04,615 were given to 12 to 14 years age group till yesterday. Till yesterday 27,09,612 precaution doses have been given. He said that till yesterday, a total of 31,17,12,822 doses of vaccine have been given.

Apprenticeship fair at Government Industrial Training Institute Lucknow on May 01, 2022

Under Mission Employment Scheme, Apprenticeship Fair is being organized only for men at Government Industrial Training Institute, Aliganj, Lucknow. He told that the age of the candidates participating in this fair should not be less than 18 years and not more than 25 years. He said that only male candidates who have passed from State ITI, Diploma, Graduation would be eligible to participate in this apprenticeship fair for technical qualification. So far, 57139.467 MT of wheat has been procured from 13,629 farmers by the cooperative department

Under the price support scheme, wheat is being purchased in all the districts of the state during this financial year at the purchase centers opened by the cooperative department. State’s Cooperation Minister (Independent Charge) Shri Jayendra Pratap Singh Rathore has informed that wheat is being procured by the central in-charge at 4363 purchase centers of the cooperative department open in the state. At all the centers, all arrangements have been made for the farmers to sit, shade, water for drinking, sieves for sifting, sacks etc. Farmer brothers are not being allowed to face any problem at any centre. He has appealed to the farmers to sell their wheat only at the purchasing centers so that they can get the right price for their produce. He has instructed the central in-charges to purchase wheat from the farmers in accordance with the instructions given by the state government. If a complaint is received from any centre, strict action will be taken against the concerned. Shri Rathore informed that till date 57139.467 MT wheat has been purchased by the cooperative department from 13,629 farmers in the state, out of which Rs 6547.71 lakh has been paid.
