According to a report, when Big B was shooting for ‘Gulabo Sitabo’ in Lucknow, his chef had told him about his breakfast. Amitabh Bachchan’s breakfast reportedly includes egg bhurji and a glass of milk. After breakfast, Amitabh Bachchan likes to have coconut water, amla juice, banana, dates, basil leaves or almonds as snacks between morning and afternoon.

Amitabh Bachchan’s lunch is not very high fi, but very simple. It includes vegetables, roti and lentils. It is said that Big B used to eat non-veg food earlier, but in 2000 he has become completely vegetarian.
