Adelaide International: Sabalenka won the title by defeating Linda Noskova in straight sets

Adelaide. Second seed Erina Sabalenka defeated qualifier Linda Noskova in straight sets in the women’s final on Sunday to win her 11th DBA Tour singles title and first singles title in nearly two years. Sabalenka defeated 18-year-old Noskova 6-2 7-6, after defeating third seed Daria Kasatkina and former Australian Open champion Victoria Azarenka, to reach her first final at WTA level.

Sabalenka did not drop a set in the entire tournament during her title win. Novak Djokovic will face Sebastian Korda of America in the men’s singles final on Sunday itself.
