ADR Report: In Uttar Pradesh, BJP MLAs are the richest and tainted in criminal cases.

Lucknow | UP Election ADR Report: The analysis of the affidavits filed by the MLAs present in the by-elections of the Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections held in 2017 has come to the fore. ADR has issued a report in this matter. According to the report, 35% of the MLAs in the current assembly are tainted and have criminal cases registered against them. Of these MLAs, the maximum number of 106 MLAs are included in the Bharatiya Janata Party. As the elections are approaching in the state, the enthusiasm in the political parties has intensified. Election Watch and the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) are scrutinizing the assets of the leaders and the cases registered against them. Talking about education, there are 95 MLAs who are between 8th to 12th pass. Four MLAs are literate and 290 MLAs are graduates.

UP Election ADR Report: Election Watch has put forth the complete horoscope of the MLAs who contested the elections in 2017. Shocking revelations have been made in the report released after submitting the information of the MLAs. At present, criminal cases have been registered against 35 MLAs, out of which the maximum number of MLAs are from the Bharatiya Janata Party. UP Election ADR Report: The ADR collected the information of 396 MLAs out of the present 403 MLAs. Before preparing the report, information about the properties, bank balance and criminal cases of these MLAs was collected. Let us inform that at present 7 seats are vacant in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. However, Mubarakpur MLA Shah Alam alias Guddu Jamali of Bahujan Samajwadi Party is the owner of the maximum property worth 118 crores.
