In 2020, I focused all my energy on my family. Both my kids have grown up and have their own lives. My wife is an actor and I am fortunate to have her profession like mine. We know our work schedules and it benefits. I think it’s important to be mentally stable and calm. After all, you need to be happy and that’s the key to all locks.”

Sumeet Raghavan said on the importance of mental health, “I have always believed that mental health is of paramount importance. You can go to the gym for physical health, but the real question is, what do you do for mental health? To maintain good mental health, you need the right nutrition. It is important for you to be in good company. You should talk and want people around you with whom you can talk without hesitation and express your views. People who listen to you and stand up for you. I think family and close friends are always people you can turn to for any help.”
