Chief Refereeing Officer Trevor Keitel spoke about the proposed five-year plan on a range of issues such as the transition to the professional refereeing process, state participation in referee development and the introduction of technology into the Indian refereeing system. The committee has agreed in principle about the project and decided to review the existing policy and formulate a new policy as per the requirements before coming up with AIFF Management for successful implementation.
