Personal video of Virat Kohli’s room leaked on social media, former captain got angry, big questions raised by sharing post

A day after India’s loss against South Africa at the Optus Stadium in Perth, former India captain Virat Kohli has posted an Instagram in which he raised the issue of not being safe even inside his room. After a video of his room was leaked on social media, he himself has raised some questions while sharing it on social media.

 

Virat Kohli wrote, “I understand that fans are eager to catch a glimpse of their favorite players and are excited to see them. And always support their favorite player. But here is this video Drives me crazy about my privacy. If I’m not safe in my hotel room where I don’t have any personal space then where do I go? I’m not happy with this thing at all. Please people Please take care of your privacy and don’t take them as a means of entertainment.”

 

He has expressed his anger in strong words over the video inside his room going viral on social media in such a public way and has also appealed to the fans not to do such acts.

The video clip going viral on social media was originally posted on TikTok by an unknown user with the caption, “King Kohli’s hotel room”. He checked the room where Kohli was staying.

 

The incident took place at the team’s hotel in Perth, where India played their last group match against South Africa. The name of the hotel is rumored to be ‘Crownperth’. Australian batsman David Warner has also criticized such an act with Virat and has also asked the administration to pay attention to ensure that such things do not happen. Warner has tagged the name of the hotel which is located in Perth.
