Arjun Atwal slipped from third to 34th spot due to disappointing performance in second round
Indian golfer Arjun Atwal could not repeat his stellar first day performance in the second round of the Butterfield Bermuda Golf Championship and slipped from third to 34th spot after playing an even-par 71. Atwal played a brilliant card of 63 in the first round but his performance in the second round was disappointing. In the second round, Atwal made three birdies but in the meantime he also made the same bogey. He did two of these bogies in the last nine holes.

Ben Crane played a card of 62 which is the best performance of his career. This gives him a single lead. Crane, a five-time PGA Tour winner, made nine birdies, one eagle and two bogeys. He is one shot ahead of Adam Schenk, Aaron Badgley, Robbie Shelton and Ben Griffin.
