A youth was killed in a stampede after clashes between devotees. Police have arrested seven people in this case. One youth has died and seven were injured in this incident. Police have arrested seven people in this case. Police officials of Surajpur district said here on Monday that a stampede broke out after a violent clash between devotees on Sunday at Kudargarhi Dham in Kudargarh village under Odgi police station area of ​​the district. Pradeep Kushwaha (22) has died in this incident and seven have been injured. Three of them are in critical condition.

Police officials said that on Sunday, a large number of devotees had reached for the darshan of Mata Kudargarhi located on the hill. After the darshan, devotees in different groups were preparing food under the mountain. Among these devotees were two groups of residents of Basod village located under Patna police station area of ​​Koriya district. He told that in the evening there was a dispute between the two groups resident of Basod village and they got entangled with each other. As the dispute escalated, they attacked each other with sticks and axes.

Police officials said that after the attack, a stampede broke out among the devotees present there. Due to this, Pradeep Kushwaha, a resident of Bhaiyathan police station area of ​​Surajpur district, died on the spot and seven people were injured. He said that after getting information about the incident, a police team was dispatched to the spot. Later, the police team pacified the atmosphere there and took the dead body and the injured to the hospital. The condition of three of the injured is critical, who have been admitted to the district hospital in Surajpur. The other injured are being treated at the community health center in Odgi village. Police officials said that the police have arrested seven people in this case. Others are being questioned.
