The accused student made the bully bye one
Bully Bai Case : Giving information regarding the arrest, an officer said that the accused has been identified as Neeraj Bishnoi. The arrested youth is 21 years old and will be brought to Delhi by this evening. Police said that Bishnoi is a resident of Jorhat and studies in Bhopal. Bishnoi was the one who created the ‘Bully Bai’ app on the GitHub platform and is also the main account holder of ‘Bully Bai’ on Twitter.

19 year old girl is believed to be the mastermind
Bully Bai Case : Deputy Commissioner of Police IFSO KPS Malhotra said that the accused was arrested from Jorhat in the morning using technical analysis and IPDR (Internet Protocol Detail Records) and Gateway. He told that Bishnoi is a second year B.Tech student from Vellore Institute of Technology, Bhopal, the capital of Madhya Pradesh. Earlier, Mumbai Police arrested a 19-year-old woman from Uttarakhand, a 21-year-old engineering student from Bengaluru and another 21-year-old youth from Uttarakhand in this case. The arrested 19-year-old woman is believed to be the main culprit.
