Olympic medalist Sushil Kumar’s troubles seem to be increasing in the wrestler Sagar Dhankhar murder case. A Delhi court has framed charges against 18 people including Sushil Kumar. Two of the accused are absconding at present. The charges framed by the court include attempt to murder, rioting, unlawful assembly and criminal conspiracy under other sections. Let us tell you that Sushil Kumar has been accused in the murder case of wrestler Sagar Dhankhar. Sushil Kumar was arrested by the police. At present, many accused related to this murder are in police custody. Sushil Kumar is also lodged in Tihar Jail.

Now we introduce you to the whole case of this murder. The incident happened on the night of May 4-5 last year. According to the information, junior wrestlers were assaulted at Chhatrasal Stadium. It was claimed that Sushil Kumar had also reached there along with his associates. Wrestler Sagar Dhankhar was completely injured in this fight. Later he died. Sushil Kumar was on the run since the incident. He was arrested 17 days later on 23 May. The bail application filed by Sushil Kumar has already been rejected. Sushil Kumar had also approached the Delhi High Court.

Delhi Police continued to investigate in this matter. In this, 20 people have been made accused. 18 people have already been arrested. Significantly, Sushil Kumar has been a big wrestler of India. He has got India many medals in wrestling at the international level. In 2014, he won a gold medal at the Commonwealth Games. He won a silver medal in the 2012 London Olympics. He won gold in the 2010 Commonwealth Games. Apart from this, he also won a gold medal in the World Wrestling Championship in 2010. Sushil Kumar won a bronze medal in the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Apart from this, he has also won gold medals many times in Commonwealth Wrestling Championships.
