Clubhousep app case: Mumbai Police arrested three people for having indecent chats against women.
Mumbai: After Sully Deals and Bulli Buy App, there is a lot of controversy across the country regarding the audio chat application Clubhouse app. Seeing such apps one after the other and the obscene comments of people towards women on it, the question definitely arises in the mind that why the fear of law has reduced so much in the country.
The matter is that a case of objectionable remarks about women on Clubhouse App, which is a chatting application, came to the notice of Mumbai Police. Police have arrested three people in this case.
Milind Bharambe, Joint CP Crime said: We have registered a case against a porn clubhouse app chat and arrested one person from Karnal, Haryana and have taken 3 days SIT remand. Two other accused have been picked up from Faridabad and the process of their transit remand is on.
Based on the complaint of a woman, the Mumbai Cyber Police has arrested three people by registering an FIR in the case. The accused who have been arrested by the police are Akash Suyal (19 years), Jeshnav Kakar (21 years) and Yash Parashar (22 years).
According to Mumbai Police, the accused Akash has been arrested from Karnal. The police have got a three-day transit remand. As soon as the complaint was received, the Mumbai Police took immediate action and arrested the three accused.
The police have registered a case against the accused under sections 153 (a), 295 (a), 354 (a), 354 (d) of the IPC and section 67 of the Information Technology Act 2000.

Sallos’ id on Clubhouse was sallos.hell and had 382 followers while Bismillah’s id on Clubhouse was wtf.astic and had 291 followers. Twitter users are also reacting very strongly to this viral audio chat. Twitter user Ambujkumarjha8 has said that these people are of very low mentality. Their thinking is very dirty.
