India Corona Updates: With this, 6 thousand 358 new cases of corona have been registered in the country in the last 24 hours, while 293 people have died. During this, 64501 people have become infection free across the country. 72 lakh 87 thousand 547 doses were given in the country on the last day, after which 142 crore 46 lakh 81 thousand 736 doses of vaccine have been given so far.

1 January Registration of children and adolescents for the vaccine from 15 years to 18 years of age
Amidst the ever-increasing threat of Omicron, the campaign is starting from January 3 to give doses of corona vaccine to children and adolescents from the age of 15 to 18 years. For this, the process of registration of children will start from January 1. This registration can be done on the Kovin app just like adults and elderly people. For this, the school ID card of the children will have to be uploaded on the Kovin app as their age proof or the Aadhaar card can also be used.
