Ahmednagar | Maharashtra Covid 19 Updates: There has been a corona blast in a school in Ahmednagar district of Maharashtra. Here 19 students of the school have been found infected with corona. According to the information, 19 students have been found positive in a residential school located in Takli Dhokeshwar village of Parner tehsil of the district, which comes under Navodaya Vidyalaya.

The school comes under the Union Ministry of Education and has more than 400 students studying in the school from class 5th to class 12th. Giving this information in this regard on Friday, District Magistrate Rajendra Bhosale said that, in the last 3-4 days, 19 students have become corona positive in the school, after which all have been quarantined. Positives (Covid 19) have been admitted to the hospital. However, the infected students did not have any severe symptoms of the disease.

12 people died due to corona in Maharashtra
Corona has once again started getting badly affected in Maharashtra. Along with Omicron, the infection of corona is also increasing continuously here. In the last 24 hours, 1 thousand 410 new corona patient cases have come in the state and 12 people have died. Whereas, 1 thousand 179 new cases of infection were reported in the state on Thursday.
