Taking lessons from the Kumbh Mela, the Uttarakhand government has banned bathing in the Ganges in Haridwar and Rishikesh on the occasion of Makar Sankranti this year. Due to which the devotees have been deprived of the place of Ganga on the holy festival of Makar Sankranti. In such a situation, the Ganga Ghat, which is always full of devotees, is completely empty today.

Plenty of devotees in Magh fair and Gangasagar fair

In such a situation, lakhs of devotees are gathered here. But the corona infection is being caught here by people. Let us tell you that 70 people have been found corona positive in Magh Mela so far. In which a large number of security personnel posted here have also come under the grip of infection.
