English Premier League: Chelsea and Liverpool match ended in a goalless draw

London. Chelsea and Liverpool’s disappointing performance continues and their chances of making it to the Champions League have waned after the two teams missed a goalless draw in the English Premier League football competition on Tuesday. Chelsea sacked head coach Graham Potter on Sunday but the team’s fortunes did not change even as Bruno Salter took over as interim coach.

Liverpool now have 43 points from 28 matches and are in eighth place. Chelsea have 39 points from 29 matches and are in 11th position. In other matches, Aston Villa beat Leicester City 2–1, Leeds United beat Nottingham Forest 2–1 and Bryden beat Bournemouth 2–0.
