FIFA World Cup 2022: Canada will play World Cup match after 36 years, strong team will face challenge from Belgium

Doha. The 36-year wait for Canadian soccer fans will end on Wednesday when their team takes on FIFA World Cup heavyweights Belgium. Canada is playing in the World Cup for the first time since 1986 and its first match is against the Belgian team, which reached the semi-finals in 2018 and is currently ranked second in the FIFA rankings.
