Paris. Kylian Mbappe continued his impressive form as captain to guide France to an emphatic 4-0 win over the Netherlands in their European Football Championship qualifying match. France, who lost to Argentina in the penalty shootout in the final of the World Cup, showed a great game. Embappé scored two goals.

He scored in the 21st and 88th minutes to ensure a big win for France. Earlier, Antoine Griezmann had given France the lead in the second minute before Dayot Upamecano doubled it in the eighth minute. Embappé now has 38 goals in international football and has reached the fifth position among the highest goalscorers for France.

Meanwhile, in another match, Belgium defeated Sweden 3-0 with the help of Romelu Lukaku’s hat-trick. Barcelona striker Robert Lewandowski’s side suffered defeat as the Czech Republic beat Poland 3-1.
