Gehlot government’s big decision late at night in Rajasthan, all schools till 8th closed, marriage – many restrictions on public functions

Jaipur | Rajasthan Corona New Guidelines: Amidst the deteriorating situation due to corona infection in the country, the Rajasthan government has also issued a new guideline late on Sunday night, taking a big decision. According to which the schools from class 1 to class 8 falling in both the municipal areas of the capital Jaipur, all government and private schools have been closed till January 9. Whereas, in other districts, the decision to keep the school on or off has been handed over to the Collector and the Education Department. Apart from this, the state government has also imposed restrictions on marriages, public functions etc.

All government/private schools in Jaipur Municipal Corporation area (Greater/Heritage) will remain closed from class 1 to class 8 from January 3 to January 9, 2022. Whereas, in other districts, the decision to keep the school on or off has been handed over to the Collector and the Education Department. It will be mandatory for all students to take written permission from their parents/guardians before coming to educational institutions (schools/coaching institutes). For the parents who do not want to send their children to the institute, the system of online study will be operated.

– Not more than 100 persons will be allowed in marriages, public functions etc.

Now only more than 20 people will be banned in the funeral.

There will be a ban on overcrowding at religious places and the members of the temple including devotees will have to follow the Kovid protocol. There will be a ban on carrying flowers-garlands, prasad, chadar and other worship materials.

Elderly and persons suffering from diseases have been appealed to stay at home. In the guideline, persons aged 65 years and above, persons suffering from chronic diseases and pregnant women and children below the age of 10 years have been requested to stay at home and go out only for essential work.

– It will be mandatory for the passengers coming to Rajasthan by international travel from abroad to be checked by the Airport Kovid team. The passenger will be institutional/home quarantined for 7 days till the test report comes negative.

Passengers coming to Rajasthan by air/train travel will have to show double dose vaccination certificate or RTPCR negative test report 72 hours before arrival. If a passenger does not show a double dose vaccination certificate / RTPCR negative test report, then it will be mandatory to test him there and will have to remain in institutional / home quarantine for 7 days till the test report does not come negative.

There will be public discipline curfew in the state from 11 pm to 5 am every day.

Not more than 100 people can participate in any type of public, social, political, sports, entertainment, educational, cultural and religious – celebrations-meetings-rallies-dharnas-demonstrations-processions-meals.
