Actually it is known to all that the relationship between Shikhar Dhawan and his wife Ayesha Mukherjee is not going well. Both have been living away from each other for a long time. Ayesha Jahan lives in Australia and Shikhar in India. At the same time, their son Zoravar also lives in Australia with his mother. Both Shikhar Dhawan and Ayesha are living separately since 2020 while both filed a divorce case in 2021. At the same time, tell that Shikhar Dhawan has not met his son Zoravar since August 2020.

A Delhi’s Family Court has given a big order on this matter, under which Shikhar Dhawan’s son Zoravar will be brought to India for family functions and he will also be a part of this function. Expressing surprise in this matter, Justice Harish Kumar also expressed his unhappiness over the issue of raising objections to bringing Zoravar to India. Please tell that Ayesha Mukherjee had expressed strong objection to Zorawar being brought to India, regarding which the court has taken a strict stand.

According to the information, there is a function at Shikhar Dhawan’s house on 17th June. On including Zoravar for this function, Ayesha had said that Zoravar would have schools at that time and he would not be able to be a part of the function. However, the date of the function regarding Zoravar was changed and now the program will be held on July 1. Ayesha said that Zorawar will not feel comfortable with Shikhar’s family. On the other hand, rejecting every argument of Ayesha on this matter, the court has made it clear that Shikhar has neither asked for the custody of his child nor has he asked to bring him to India permanently. Shikhar just wants to stay with his son for some time which Zorawar’s mother has to fulfill. The court has also made it clear that the mother alone does not have the right over a child.

Please tell that the court has told Ayesha that she will hand over her son to Shikhar Dhawan on June 28, after which he will stay with his father and his family for a week. The court has also said that Shikhar Dhawan will have to bear the entire cost of bringing Zorawar from Australia and back.
