Big news is coming out about Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) centurion player Rajat Patidar. Rajat Patidar is not taking part in the Indian Premier League this time because his heel was injured. Now he has successfully undergone surgery for this injury. This information about the rising batsman of RCB has brought great relief to the fans.
 
Please tell that Rajat Patidar is out of the current season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) due to a heel injury. The 29-year-old cricketer from Madhya Pradesh had picked up the injury before joining RCB’s training camp ahead of the IPL season. He was later sent to the National Cricket Academy (NCA) in Bengaluru for rehabilitation. Rajat Patidar has done exceptionally well in the IPL last year. In this season, he scored his first century and scored 112 not out in the play-offs.
 
Patidar shared information
He averaged over 55 in eight matches last season. Patidar informed about his surgery through social media. He said, “I would like to share an information with all my supporters. I recently underwent surgery to recover from an injury. This injury has been troubling me for some time now. I am happy to report that the surgery went well and I am well on my way to recovery!” He added, “I am looking forward to getting back on the field and doing what I love most. I like it more. Will be back soon.” The BCCI had said before Patidar left for the UK that it would bear the cost of the cricketer’s surgery and rehabilitation.
 
Let us tell you that Vaishakh Vijay Kumar has been replaced by Patidar in the team of Royal Challengers Bangalore. On the other hand, talking about the points table in IPL, RCB is at the fifth position. He still remains in the playoff race.
