Paris Olympics 2024 headquarters raided, police and lawyers team engaged in collecting documents

The Paris 2024 Olympic Committee’s headquarters and other locations are being raided, according to the French financial prosecutor. It also houses the Solideo headquarters, which is in charge of the construction sites for the Olympics. It is believed that the French police have conducted this suspicious raid to investigate corruption. These raids are being done because of the initial two investigations.

 

Raids have also been conducted at the headquarters of companies that have won public contracts. Significantly, this raid is also important because the President of the National Olympic Committee of France, Brigitte Henriques, resigned in a dramatic way only last month after the commotion in the committee.
