Gujarat: Four members of the same family killed, two injured after being hit by a bulldozer in Dahod
(Gujarat). A labourer, his wife and two minor sons were killed, while two daughters were injured in an accident in Gujarat’s Dahod district when a motorcycle collided with a bulldozer. The police gave this information on Wednesday. He said that the accident happened on Tuesday evening when the family was returning from Jhalod town to Sukhsar.
The ‘front loader’ of the bulldozer, which was installed at a construction site in Ghani Khunt village of Fatepura taluka, suddenly fell and came in front of the family vehicle on the state highway, an official of Sukhsar police station said. In this accident, a man and his two sons (4 and 12) died on the spot and his wife succumbed to her injuries during treatment at the hospital, he said. His daughters (8 and 10) were injured in the accident. Both are being treated in a hospital. The bulldozer driver fled the spot after the accident, the official said.
