Jaipur | Guwahati-Bikaner Express : Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has expressed regret over the Bikaner-Guwahati Rail Express accident in West Bengal. Shri Gehlot said that he was saddened to hear about the death of people in West Bengal due to derailment of Bikaner-Guwahati Express coach. He expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families and prayed to God to give them courage to bear this loss and speedy recovery of the injured. Along with the CM, former Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje also expressed grief over the accident.

Bad news before the festival

Guwahati-Bikaner Express : Ahead of the festival of Makar Sankranti, a bad news came out from West Bengal. Guwahati-Bikaner Express train derailed near Domohani in West Bengal this evening. After getting the information in this regard, relief work was started immediately by the Railways. Along with this, after contacting the local police, they were also called to the spot. Relief and rescue work has been started at the spot. Efforts are being made to bring out the people trapped in the bogie of the train. So far 4 people have been reported dead in this accident and many injured are being told.

Train was coming to Bikaner

Guwahati-Bikaner Express : Giving information on behalf of the Railways in this regard, it was said that the Guwahati-Bikaner Express has derailed but there has been no casualty. It was said from the railways that it is natural that after this accident, the train will not be able to reach its destination on normal time and the delay is natural. However, no information was given in this regard as to after how long the train would be re-scheduled.
