Patna | Bihar Liquor Ban: In Bihar, there is a ruckus over the prohibition of liquor. This decree of Nitish government of Bihar is becoming a political discord in the state. Meanwhile, on Friday, a swearing-in program has been organized at Gyan Bhawan, Patna, on the day of de-addiction day, for not drinking alcohol in Bihar. In support of the prohibition law, from the Chief Secretary of the state to the officers and employees of all the departments and offices of the state at 11 am, the oath of prohibition will be taken. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar himself will also attend this program.
Bihar Liquor Ban: Live webcasting of the main program of prohibition will be done in all government offices so that all the employees there too can take an oath not to drink alcohol and stop others from drinking. During this, CM Nitish Kumar will flag off many vehicles spreading awareness about prohibition from Gyan Bhawan. During this, many officers including the Deputy CM will be present with him.

Policemen of police stations will also take oath not to drink alcohol
In order to fully validate the prohibition law in Bihar, apart from the government employees, the policemen of all the police stations of Bihar will also take an oath not to drink alcohol.

Lalu Yadav’s attack on Nitish government, said- the state government is the worst
Opposition parties have been continuously attacking this liquor prohibition law of Nitish government of Bihar. Lalu Prasad Yadav has targeted Nitish Kumar regarding the NITI Aayog report and prohibition. Lalu Yadav, while attacking the swearing-in to be held today on prohibition of liquor, said that according to the report of NITI Aayog, Bihar has once again proved to be the worst state. Union government is running in Bihar.
