At the same time, he said Europe would ensure that Russia’s “unprovoked and unjustified” aggression against Ukraine proves to be a “strategic failure”. In his address at the Raisina Dialogue in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Leyen also said that what is happening in Ukraine will have an impact on the Indo-Pacific region. He said the world’s reaction to Russia’s aggression would determine the future of both the international order and the global economy. Leyen said the outcome of Russia’s war against Ukraine would not only determine the future of Europe but would greatly affect the Indo-Pacific region and the rest of the world.
Criticizing Moscow over the war against Ukraine, he said the pictures of the Eastern European country have shocked the whole world and the fundamental principles underpinning peace and security around the world are at stake in Asia as well as Europe. . The President of the European Commission also mentioned the no-border friendship between Russia and China. Wherein External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar participated in the Raisina Dialogue in 7 years by 1200 delegates from 99 countries. I can say with all humility that Raisina Dialogue is the best effort in itself. As it developed, Europe became a major participant in the countries participating in this effort.
