India will play maximum number of matches with these countries, not Pakistan, BCCI released schedule
Fans watch every match of the Indian cricket team with great enthusiasm. But when this match happens with the neighboring country Pakistan, there is a different kind of competition and enthusiasm among the fans to watch those matches. But now the cricket fans of India and Pakistan will not get a chance to watch the series between the two countries for the next five years. Recently BCCI has released a new Future Tour program, which has confirmed it.
Most matches will be with Australia and England
Let us tell you that BCCI has presented a plan till 2023-27 to all the state associations. In this plan, the BCCI has kept the Pakistan column blank, making it clear that no match will be played between the two countries. According to the plan released by the BCCI, the Indian team will play the maximum number of Test and ODI matches every year with Australia and England. India will play a five-match Test series against both the teams. Of these, one will be home and one will be on the field of the opposition team.

According to the BCCI’s plan, India will play 38 Test matches over the next five years, out of which 20 will be played on domestic grounds and 18 will be played outside. Apart from this, the Indian team will also play 42 ODIs, of which 21 will be on home soil and 21 on home soil. India also has to play 61 T20 matches in which 31 are to be played at home and 30 abroad. In this plan, no decision has been taken regarding the series between India and Pakistan.
Know when Indo-Pak teams will clash
Let us tell you that now the match between India and Pakistan will be held only during the ICC tournament. The two teams will meet only during ICC tournaments such as the World Cup or the Champions Trophy. In this episode, Pakistan will come to play the World Cup in India next year. The Indian team will also have to go to Pakistan to play in the ICC Champions Trophy to be held in the year 2025.
The last time the series was held in the year 2012-13
Earlier, bilateral series was organized between the two countries about 10 years ago. The fans of both the countries enjoyed the final series in the year 2012-13. During this series, both the teams played three ODIs and two T20 matches. During this, Pakistan won the ODI series 2-1, while the T20 series was drawn. Since then no bilateral series has been organized between the two teams. Both the teams are seen playing only in ICC tournaments.
