How to end racism?

The Supreme Court here has said some basic things about violence on the basis of caste discrimination. The judges, while stamping the sentence of the killers of three people in 1991, have asked why caste hatred is not being eradicated from the country despite so many laws. The court has its limits. She can only enforce the law. She cannot make any law herself. It is not even a social organization that can run any campaign against casteism. This work should be done by our Parliament and our leaders, but they continue to deserve pity for the poor. Their main job is to keep the bowl of votes and notes spread. Where is the moral force in him that at his request, people should be freed from their casteism? His shop is running on the basis of casteism.

Dr. Lohia had started the anti-caste movement, but today only the leaders who chanted his garland are trembling on the basis of casteism. It has been 90 years since the body of the ethnic census was buried, but they are now demanding that it be brought back to life. Due to the ‘Meri Jati Hindustani’ movement, the Manmohan Singh government had stopped the caste-counting midway, but today no party or leader is making the voice of ending the ‘caste reservation’ that keeps casteism alive in India. As long as begging is distributed on caste lines in government jobs and education in this country, the poison tree of casteism will remain green. We will continue to force crores of the downtrodden and poor of the country to keep rotting by hanging suckers in the mouths of a handful of Scheduled Castes and Backwards. At this time there is a need for a strong social campaign against casteism in the country. First of all, caste based reservation should be abolished. Second, caste surnames should be removed.

Third, the names of any institution and organization like hospital, school, dharamsala, city or locality etc. should not be named on the basis of caste. Fourth, encourage inter-caste marriages. Fifth, instead of fielding a particular candidate from a particular constituency in the general elections, the parties should issue their collective lists and later assign the responsibility of different constituencies to their winning candidates. This will automatically end the casteism running in the elections. Voters will give importance to the ideology and policy of the party, not the caste of the candidate, while casting their vote. Due to this, the quality of our democracy will not only increase, but Indian politics will get rid of the criminals, thugs, indolent and lazy people who snatch bulk votes on the basis of caste.
