Jeevan Pramaan Submission Date Nearing, Guide To Get Jeevan Pramaan Online

Life Certificate Submission 2021: As the last date for submission of life certificate this year, pensioners should know that their pension will stop from December if they do not complete the process within the stipulated time. A life certificate is one of the most essential documents that pensioners can have to get their pension without any hassle every month. Pensioners get their dues from Pension Disbursing Authorities (PDAs) like banks, post offices and others. To continue this, they have to submit life certificate or life certificate to these agencies by November every year, as proof that they are still alive. This year also, pensioners will have to submit their Jeevan Pramaan for the same purpose to the PDA by November 30. Traditionally, pensioners have to visit a bank branch or post office to complete the life certificate submission process. However, the rule of being physically present to obtain a life certificate becomes a problem for many older people, for which the center has come up with Digital Jeevan Pramaan or Jeevan Pramaan where the entire process is done digitally. Pension sanctioning agencies like Railways, EPFO, State or Central pensioner governments and RBI, if included in Jeevan Pramaan, are eligible to obtain a digital certificate. Pre-Requirements for Generating Life Certificate Online

There are certain pre-requisites for which pensioners have to generate their digital life certificate or life certificate. One is that the pensioner should have a valid Aadhaar number. Secondly, the pensioner who wants to generate the certificate online must have a working mobile number. Before getting started, the user has to register himself with the Jeevan Pramaan portal of the Govt. (life certificate)

Steps to Register on Jeevan Pramaan App

Step 1: The pensioner has to first download the Jeevan Pramaan App of the Government.

Step 2: From the app, the pensioner should find the option to register as a new user. This option must be clicked to continue the process.

Step 3: After this the pensioner will have to submit his Aadhaar number, bank account number and name, mobile number, Pension Payment Order (PPO).

Step 4: Once all this is done, the user should find an option that prompts the app to send an OTP. Then he should click on that option.

Step 5: OTP will come on the registered mobile number. Once the code is received, the pensioner should copy the number and enter the same. It should be authenticated using Aadhaar.

Step 6: Now, the user has to click on the submit option, after verification of which, a proof ID will be generated.

Steps to Generate Life Certificate Online

Step 1: Once the Pramana ID is generated, the pensioner can log in to the app using it and generating another OTP.

Step 2: After that, he can click on ‘Generate Jeevan Pramaan’ option and enter Aadhaar and mobile number.

Step 3: Now, the user should click on the Generate OTP option and enter it.

Step 4: Next, he has to enter the PPO number, name, name of the disbursing agency.

Step 5: Authenticate by scanning the fingerprint and iris of the user, using Aadhaar data.

Step 6: Once all this is done, Jeevan Pramaan will be displayed on the window and the user will receive a confirmation message on the registered mobile number. ( life certificate )
