States that did not cut taxes on petrol and diesel
7 states—Maharashtra, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala and Jharkhand—still have not cut their rates. By not cutting their taxes on fuel, these states have earned an additional Rs 11,945 crore as compared to other states which have cut fuel taxes.
