Mahakal Temple: Team India players reached the shelter of Lord Mahakal, also prayed for Rishabh Pant
A three ODI series is being played between India and New Zealand. India have taken an unassailable 2-0 lead in the series after winning the matches in Hyderabad and Thiruvananthapuram. The third match is to be played in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. This match will be held in Indore on 24 January. After reaching Madhya Pradesh, many players of Team India reached Mahakaleshwar temple in Ujjain. These included other cricketers and support staff of Team India including Suryakumar Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav, Washington Sundar. The players of Team India are seen immersed in devotion. During the darshan at the Mahakaleshwar temple, the cricketers are seen wearing saffron clothes and have tika on their forehead. A picture has also surfaced of Washington Sundar, Suryakumar Yadav, Kuldeep Yadav performing Bhasma Aarti. During this, Suryakumar Yadav also interacted with the media. He said that we all have prayed for Rishabh Pant’s speedy recovery. The return of Rishabh Pant is very important for Indian cricket. Along with this, he also talked about the ongoing series. Surya said that we have already won the ODI series against New Zealand and now we want to clean sweep.
