More than 17 thousand citizens registered in the “Together We Reassure” campaign in Egypt


The Egyptian Ministry of Health announced the launch of a campaign in 3 governorates to urge citizens to register to receive and receive the anti-Coronavirus vaccine on the same day after 6 other governorates registered more than 17,000 citizens on the website designated to receive the vaccine through the same campaign, which bore the name “Together.” We reassure.”

Health Minister Hala Zayed said that the campaign was launched in the governorates of Kafr El-Sheikh, Beni Suef and Sharqi, according to Al-Ahram Gate.

She explained that this comes within the framework of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi’s directives to expand the vaccination campaign.

For his part, Ministry Spokesman Khaled Megahed said that 17,345 citizens were registered on the campaign website during its work in the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Fayoum, Dakahlia and Qalyubia.

Mujahid pointed out that the campaign, which was launched last Wednesday, will last for 10 days and will roam all governorates of the republic from 11 am to 10 pm.

The campaign is scheduled to move on Sunday to include the governorates of Gharbia, Minya and Ismailia, while on Monday it will tour the governorates of Damietta, Assiut and Port Said, and on Tuesday it will move to Menoufia and Suez, and Wednesday in Beheira and Sohag, and Thursday, Friday and Saturday in Qena, Luxor and Aswan, respectively, according to Mujahid.

Yesterday, Friday, the Egyptian Ministry of Health recorded 588 new positive cases of the Corona virus, and 14 deaths.
