In such a situation, Punjab, Rajasthan, Haryana, Delhi will be in the grip of severe winter. On the other hand, a Western Disturbance has formed over UP as a cyclonic circulation. In such a situation, there is a possibility of rain in UP, MP, Bihar, Chhattisgarh and Vidarbha for the next three days.
