Noida International Airport will be the biggest maintenance center of the aircraft – PM Narendra Modi

Noida: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday, November 25 said that the Noida International Airport will be the biggest center for repair, maintenance and operation of aircraft. He said that a maintenance facility would be constructed which would provide employment to hundreds of youth. After Noida International Airport, there will be 5 airports in Uttar Pradesh. Promotion of tourism in the state from the airport
Speaking after laying the foundation stone of the airport, the PM said that the Noida International Airport will be the largest center for repair, maintenance and operation of aircraft. The aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul facility will be built in an area of 40 acres, which will provide employment to hundreds of youth. PM Modi also highlighted how the airport will boost tourism in the state. Earlier, the PM had inaugurated the Khushinagar airport.

The tourism of land-locked states like Uttar Pradesh will be greatly benefited by the Noida International Airport. Now pilgrims will be able to travel easily to the temples and shrines of Uttar Pradesh. Noida airport will be the second international airport in Delhi-NCR and is expected to be ready by September 2024. According to Yamuna International Airport Pvt Ltd (YIAPL), the first phase will have one runway with a capacity to handle 12 million passengers annually. ( pm on noida airport )
