The Sports Ministry gave this information on Monday. The 25-year-old had practiced here last year as well. According to a release issued by the ministry, “The Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS) Mission Olympic Cell (MOC) has organized Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra’s training for a period of 61 days at Gloria Sports Arena, Turkey on March 16. approved the proposal.

“The amount released by TOPS will cover the airfare, lodging and boarding expenses, medical insurance and local transport cost for Neeraj, his coach Klaus Bartonitz and his physiotherapist,” he said. It also approved proposals to provide financial assistance to World Junior Championships silver medalist Shankar Muthusamy and deaf Olympic gold medalist golfer Diksha Dagar.

Financial assistance includes the purchase of golf equipment and the appointment of a personal coach, fitness and nutrition instructor for initiation. This includes Rajawat’s participation in Swiss Open, Spain Masters and Orleans Masters and Shankar’s participation in Orlean Polish Open and Slovenia Yonex Open.
