Prime Minister Modi tweeted his best wishes on Akshaya Tritiya and the birth anniversary of Lord Parshuram.

New Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday greeted the countrymen on Akshay Tritiya, Parashuram Jayanti and Basava Jayanti. Basava Jayanti is celebrated to commemorate the birth of 12th century philosopher and social reformer Basaveshwara.

Paying tribute to Basaveshwara, the Prime Minister tweeted, his message and ideals continue to inspire millions across the world. In another tweet, he congratulated the countrymen on Parshuram Jayanti. He said, Lord Parashuram is revered for his valor and valor along with mercy and compassion. Extending his best wishes on Akshaya Tritiya, the Prime Minister said, I wish that this special day brings prosperity in everyone’s life.
