Cricket Update: 2nd ODI between New Zealand and Sri Lanka washed out due to rain

Wellington. The second one-day cricket match between New Zealand and Sri Lanka was abandoned on Tuesday due to rain. Due to heavy rains throughout the day, covers were spread on the ground and many places were waterlogged. The umpires decided to call off the match after inspecting the ground at 4.25 pm. New Zealand lead the three-match series by winning the first match by 198 runs. The third match will be played in Hamilton on Friday.
