PSG makes the offer for Messi official

Paris Saint Germain has sent on the morning of this Sunday , almost at the same time that Messi was officially saying goodbye to the Barça fans , the formal and written offer to face the signing of the Argentine 10.

Although they had already had previous contacts in recent months , the talks had slowed down since Messi’s renewal agreement for Barcelona was taken for granted from all fronts.
