But after the reduction in corona infection, now the Railways has given relief to the people by taking an important decision and the price of platform ticket has been reduced to Rs 10. Platform Ticket Price Reduce: Central Railway informed by tweeting that platform tickets at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus, Dadar, LTT, Thane, Kalyan and Panvel railway stations will now be given for Rs 10 instead of Rs 50. This change has come into effect from today, November 25.

Now you can book suburban train tickets from mobile
With this, the Central Railway has said that commuters of suburban trains who have received both doses of anti-Covid vaccine can now book single journey and season tickets on their mobile phones through the Railways’ Unreserved Ticketing System app.
