New Delhi: Republic Day celebrations will now start from January 23 instead of January 24 every year, which will include the birth anniversary of the great freedom fighter Subhas Chandra Bose. Government sources told NDTV channel that Subhash Chandra Bose, also known as Netaji. Netaji was born on 23 January 1897. Sources said that this is in line with the Narendra Modi government’s focus on celebrating/recalling important aspects of our history and culture.
