Second death from Omicron in India, after Rajasthan, now woman dies in Odisha
Balangir | Omicron Death in Odisha: Omicron, the new variant of the fast growing corona in the country, has started the process of death. The second death has been reported from Omicron in India. According to reports, a woman has died due to Omicron in Balangir district of Odisha. The age of the woman is stated to be 50 years. This is the first case of death from Omicron in Odisha.

Death before genome sequencing report arrives
Omicron Death in Odisha: According to the information, CDMO Snehlata Sahu told in relation to the woman who became victim of Omicron in Odisha that a 50-year-old woman in the state was admitted to Burla Medical College after complaining of brain stroke. There the woman’s corona test was found positive, then the sample was sent for genome sequencing, but before the report came, the woman died on 27 December. Now when the report came, the woman was found infected with Omicron.

First death from Omicron in Rajasthan
Let us tell you that earlier in Rajasthan also a 72-year-old man had died from Omicron. Confirming this, the Union Health Ministry gave information regarding the first death from Omicron in the country. The deceased who fell victim to Omicron was found infected with Corona on 15 December. He had many diseases like diabetes, blood pressure.
