Shehnaz Gill’s father Santokh Singh Sukh shot after taking political plunge and joining BJP

Santok Singh Sukh, father of actress and reality TV actress Shehnaaz Gill, recently joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). The move was taken just before the state assembly elections in 2022. The news comes that Santok Singh was shot dead in Amritsar when two men on a bike opened fire on him last Saturday at around 8.30 pm. His security parked the car in which he had gone for the toilet break. When he was alone and sitting in the driver’s seat, two men on a bike came up to him. He lowered the car windows to identify the two men and was then shot. According to, their security threw bricks at the people on the bike, who could not be caught as they fled the crime scene. Police say that the matter looked suspicious and the matter is being investigated. Santok Singh narrowly escaped in the firing.

Meanwhile, Santok Singh alleged that the case was yet to be registered despite the police being informed about the incident in time. Harpreet Singh, station in-charge of Jandiala Guru police station said that the police have recovered four empty shells from the spot. Meanwhile, Shehnaaz, who was last seen in Punjabi film Honsla Rakh. Since the death of Siddharth Shukla, he is away from social media. Santok Singh had earlier shared a picture with him, due to which the fans jumped with joy. In the photo, the actress is seen posing with her father and a few others. (attack on shehnaz father )
