According to health department, 1143 from Ranchi, 186 from Bokaro, 73 from Chatra, 135 from Deoghar, 199 from Dhanbad, 40 from Dumka, 542 from East Singhbhum, 46 from Garhwa, 24 from Giridih, 49 from Godda, 17 from Gumla, Hazaribagh 92 from Jamtara, 16 from Jamtara, 73 from Khunti, 86 from Koderma, five from Latehar, 42 from Lohardaga, 12 from Pakur, 129 from Palamu, 232 from Ramgarh, 74 from Sahebganj, 31 from Seraikela, 58 from Simdega and West Singhbhum patients have met. Six people have died in the state due to corona infection. The dead include four from East Singhbhum, one from Godda and one from Koderma.
93 percent patients in home isolation
According to the Health Department, only 1178 patients have had to be hospitalized in the state. Which is less than 7 percent of the total active patients. More than 93 percent of the remaining patients are recovering by staying in home isolation. Of these, only 18 per cent are in need of minor oxygen support. While 64 patients have been kept in ICU.
At the same time, the total cases of Kovid-19 in the state have now increased to 377572 and a total of 18514052 samples have been investigated in the state so far. There are 23328 active cases of corona in the state while 349074 patients of corona have been cured in the state. So far 5170 patients have died due to corona in the state.
Booster dose started in Jharkhand
The state government on Monday started giving the third or precautionary dose of anti-COVID-19 vaccines to frontline personnel and senior citizens suffering from other serious ailments.
