The country’s virologist Tulio de Oliveira disclosed on Thursday that there is a Kovid variant with multiple mutations in South Africa. Scientists have named the new variant of corona found in Africa as B.1.1529 and called it a variant of concern. In view of these worrying conditions, the World Health Organization has called an emergency meeting.

UK announces temporary suspension of flights
The UK has announced a temporary suspension of flights to and from 6 African countries. Six African countries will be added to the Red List from Friday afternoon. Flights will be temporarily banned and UK travelers will once again be in quarantine.
