Summer Tournament: Boca, Independiente, San Lorenzo and Talleres will play this championship with two invited teams

This Wednesday the return of the Argentina Summer Tournament was made official. It will be held in the province of San Juan and will be attended by Boca Juniors, San Lorenzo de Almagro, Independiente and Talleres de Córdoba. In addition, it will have Colo Colo and the University of Chile as guests.

While the Argentine teams are going through their last days of recess and are preparing to join the preseason work in the first days of January, the organizers of the new Summer Tournament confirmed the mode of dispute, the crossings and times of the matches.

The championship will have two groups, called A and B, with three teams in each. The winners of each triangle will play a final that will determine the winner of the trophy. It will take place on Tuesday, January 25 at 10 p.m. It is worth remembering that the League Cup will begin the first days of February.

Boca Juniors will share Group A with Colo Colo and Universidad de Chile. In zone B, there will be Independiente, San Lorenzo and Talleres de Córdoba, in this way there will be an Argentine team in the final guaranteed. The matches will be played at 9:00 p.m. at the San Juan del Bicentenario Stadium.
