The Test match is to be played in Indore from March 1. In such a situation, it is expected that due to the long break in the middle, Pat Cummins can return before the third Test match. Sources have also told that if Pat Cummins does not return before the Indore Test, then former captain Steve Smith may be seen captaining Australia in the third match. Talking about the present, Australia’s tour of India has not been anything special. Nagpur lost by an innings and 132 runs. Apart from this, Australia has also lost by six wickets in Delhi. India won both the test matches unilaterally. This is the reason why many big players are constantly venting their anger on the Australia team.

Hazlewood out of the remaining two tests
Australia, who had lost both the first Tests to India, suffered another blow on Monday when fast bowler Josh Hazlewood was ruled out of the remaining two matches of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy due to a foot injury. Australia lost the first two Tests – in Nagpur and Delhi – within three days. The last two matches will be played in Indore (March 1 to 5) and Ahmedabad (March 9 to 13). Australia head coach Andrew McDonald confirmed that Hazlewood, who was ruled out of the Nagpur and Delhi Tests, would continue to undergo treatment in Sydney.
