Sindhu tweeted, “This loss has left a huge emotional impact on me, especially considering the challenging year I have had.” She said, “It is heartbreaking to experience a disappointing defeat after every successful tournament. However, I am determined to use my emotions to double my efforts and make the rest of the year remarkable. Sindhu was part of India’s bronze medal-winning team at the Badminton Asia Mixed Team Championships in Doha in February, but this year she was at the World Missed some events on Tour.
