Rafael Nadal will be missing from the tournament to be held in Monte Carlo, because of this name withdrawn
Veteran tennis player Rafael Nadal will not participate in the Monte Carlo Masters tournament. He withdrew from the Monte Carlo Masters to be held on Neckle Court. The 22-time Grand Slam champion said he is not yet able to compete at the top level. Twenty-two-time Grand Slam champion Nadal has been out since the Australian Open with a hip injury.
The Monte Carlo Masters tournament is to begin on April 8. Nadal has won this tournament a record 11 times. Nadal wrote on Twitter, “I will not be able to play in one of the most important tournaments of my career, Monte Carlo Masters. I am not in a position to play to my full potential right now. My preparations are going on and I hope to be back soon.
Apart from him, Carlos Alcaraz has also decided to stay out of the tournament. Earlier last week, he is suffering from physical problems after losing in the semi-finals in Florida. For this reason, he has decided not to participate in the tournament.
