Rajasthan suffered a no ball on the last ball, Sunrisers defeated

Sandeep Sharma’s last-ball no-ball cost Rajasthan Royals a four-wicket win in an Indian Premier League T20 match against Sunrisers Hyderabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad needed 17 runs to win in the last over and then five runs from the last ball and the ball was in the hands of Sandeep Sharma. Hyderabad needed 41 runs to win in the last two overs, then man of the match Glenn Phillips turned the match towards his team by hitting a hat-trick six and four against Kuldeep Yadav (one wicket for 50 runs). He played a blistering inning of 25 runs in seven balls. For the team, opener Abhishek Sharma made 55 in 34 balls, Rahul Tripathi 47 in 29 balls, Anmolpreet Singh 33 in 25 balls and Heinrich Klaasen made 26 runs in 12 balls.

Yuzvendra Chahal was the most successful bowler for Rajasthan, taking four wickets for 29 runs in four overs. He also joined Devon Bravo on the top of the list of highest wicket-taker in IPL history. Both have 183 wickets in this league. Rajasthan scored a big score on the basis of Jos Buttler’s (95 runs in 59 balls) aggressive innings. Butler hit 10 fours and four sixes in his innings, including 54 in 30 balls for the first wicket with Yashasvi Jaiswal (35 off 18 balls) and then with captain Sanju Samson (66 not out in 38 balls) for the second wicket. Anmolpreet hit fours against Ravichandran Ashwin and Sandeep Sharma after hitting a six against Kuldeep Yadav in the second over. From the other end, Abhishek also hit three fours against Sandeep in the third and fifth overs. Yuzvendra Chahal got Anmolpreet caught by Hetmyer after hitting a boundary in the sixth over.

After this, Abhishek got good support from Rahul Tripathi and both kept the team in the match by sharing 65 runs in 41 balls. Ravichandran Ashwin (1/35) ended Abhishek’s 34-ball innings with five fours and two sixes. Heinrich Klaasen welcomed the 13th Murugan Ashwin with a six as soon as he stepped on the crease. After this, the aggressive innings of Philip and Samad turned the tide of the Sunrisers Hyderabad match. Earlier, after winning the toss and electing to bat, Jaiswal once again got off to a brisk start.
