He said that there is no law in the country, whoever wants to bulldoze someone’s house and shop, etc., and only those people whose houses and shops are demolished are put in jail.

Administration’s bulldozer was run in Jahangirpuri

The administration launched an anti-encroachment drive in Jahangirpuri area after violence during the procession taken out on the occasion of Hanuman Janmotsav. During this, the administration’s bulldozer demolished many illegal shops and houses. However, the Supreme Court put a stop to this campaign of the administration. At that time the court had said that the order for demolition of the construction was completely unauthorized and unconstitutional.

Earlier, the BJP governments of Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh and Gujarat had taken action against the criminals under the bulldozer policy. If it is known that after the violence in Khargone, Madhya Pradesh, the Shivraj Singh Chouhan government had demolished the houses and shops of the accused through bulldozers.
